I’m proud to have musically inclined granddaughters. Keren plays the piano and organ while Kisses strums her guitar. It’s been a long while since Kisses had been requesting for a new guitar. I have two (2) nephews from the the province who are asking for electric guitars too. So from then on, I started searching for the best brand of guitars in the market. Yamaha Guitars is so far the best among the other brands I found. So why invest on low quality musical instruments when you can get one that have been tried and tested for excellence?

When I was a kid in my elementary years I was awed at my playmates that are good at this yoyo thing. There were promotional yoyos by Coke and parts of these promos are exhibitions performed and at one time I was able to see one in our school.

I would have wanted to buy an airbrush machine but my baggage load was not sufficient enough for the stuffs I got. In fact it did not even fit in the box I shipped just before I left the United States. I’m waiting for its arrival on the 20th of this month. The best thing to do now is just to order it online and request my friend Yolly to mail it door to door. There are various kinds of airbrush machines for tanning, temporary tattoos and for make-up application whether professional spray system or portable units. These may all come with other professional products complete with kits and application techniques. I would love to have one soon.

I am starting to get tired of putting on false eyelashes and now contemplating on using a good or so far the best eyelash growth product to grow my short and thin lashes. “Falsies” as they usually call them is irritating to wear and I just have to sacrifice its heaviness just to achieve a nice look and added glow to my eyes. I have a number of social invitations this month for different events like weddings, birthdays, and house blessings and to sit among major judges in competitions. I’m excited about the later when I will be among the priviledged ones to choose in the District wide Mr. and Ms. Little United Nations whose contestants are winners from their respective Day Care Centers from different Barangays in District 6. I’m even thinking of coming in Chinese costume but on second thoughts asking myself I might look over acting. What do you think?

The Anti-Drug Abuse Council of Manila was recently launched at the Abbott Hall of San Beda College, Mendiola, Manila headed by Manila Mayor Alfredo S. Another community project will be spearheaded again by the Association of Senior Citizens of our Barangay. It will be another Bingo Socials which excites them most because of the prizes at stake. Among the major prizes are cash prizes, cellular phones and sony tvs. Minor prizes will include baskets of groceries and kitchen wares. Our target schedule is on the first week of November in time for my birthday. The Bingo Socials will be tagged as “Pabingo Alay Ni Chairman” (Bingo sponsored by the Chairman. As early as now, we are soliciting prizes for the said event.
