I never had the slightest idea that I will ever allow any family member to take care of a dog nor to guard and protect our home much more keep them as pet. When I was in high school, I remember how I hated my mom’s spoiled toy terrier named Cherry. Yes, I think we had four - two mini breeds and two big ones.
