Who says staying in shape has to be difficult, complicated, or expensive?


Being a vain momma, one thing I’m so conscious about is gaining extra and unwanted pounds. One reason behind is that I cannot imagine buying an L size shirt or dress and/or a jeans size bigger than size 26. I really mind what I eat to the point of counting the calories I take. Mind you, I really don’t starve myself when it comes to my food intake because I do indulge occasionally but just like in driving a car, I step on the brakes when I speed up at times. When I feel like I’m bloating I switch on eating more vegetable salads and fruits and lessen my rice intake.
