As you grow older, your body’s stamina starts to slow down. I notice this myself that as I wake up especially from one of those sleepless nights, I feel the lack of energy to start the day right. I feel sad that the once energetic person in me has gone down. No longer the vibrant lady I was before, I resorted in taking a one a day vitamin pill to at least restore the strength I had during my younger days. Who would not want to be active and strong to combat the ageing process? I think that no amount of creams and lotions can cover up the inner strength one needs. We need to take the necessary food supplements and vitamins, it helps a lot.
