Procurement of materials and hiring professional services to deliver the best public service to the community through projects is now ongoing. Among them is our 2 and a half year old printer which is now unserviceable. We now have a new one that uses a cheaper and economical ink with features that includes a copier and a document scanning software for its scanner. With this new device, we can save more of having to pay outside for print-outs and Xerox copying and scanning of official documents needed by our constituents, thus a more efficient way of rendering quick and accurate public service.
