As usual I have to leave my pending entries behind. The Chairman and the Barangay Council of 885 is heading for the Pines City today (Thursday) June 23-25, 2009. We will be billeted at the Venus Hotel. A great chance to bond and at the same time learn more of good governance. Praying for a safe and fruitful trip.
