I’ve indulged a lot on eating during my recent trip to Macau and when I got back in Manila and I didn’t had the chance to refuse party invitations and gatherings from friends and colleagues coupled with the celebration of our Town Fiesta. Oh my! I’ve been eating like a hungry dog the past week and I badly need an appetite suppressant to break off and clear out my taste buds or this may become habitual. I promise to go on a vegetable and fruit diet very soon.
