Back to belly dancing! my favorite form of fitness to tone my long stagnant muscles and abs and a great way of bonding with Cuz Girlie . I had much fun with the simple dance routine along with the music of Shakira*s *Hips Don't Lie* and the standard belly step exercises prior to the routine. Hopefully and wish I can attend the regular sessions every Mondays and Fridays and do away with the setbacks that hampers my availability.
